Delivery terms and conditions for goods purchased online

LLC Modus is obliged to deliver the goods to the customer without delay, but no later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. However, in most cases, the delivery period does not exceed 5 working days within Tbilisi and 7 working days outside Tbilisi, unless otherwise specified in the contract and the customer is informed and agrees to it. If LLC Modus fails to fulfill its obligation within the period specified in the first paragraph of this article, the customer is entitled to set a reasonable additional period for LLC Modus to fulfill the obligation. If the obligation is not fulfilled after the expiry of the additional period, the customer has the right to terminate the contract and demand compensation for damages in accordance with the Civil Legislation of Georgia. Specifying an additional period is not mandatory if it is obvious that it will have no effect, or if the customer has tied the performance of the contract to the timely receipt of the goods. If the goods cannot be delivered because they are unavailable, LLC Modus is obliged to immediately inform the customer about it.

Tbilisi

• If price of the goods is 1000 GEL or more this service applies to the goods of any weight;

• If price of the goods is 500 GEL or more this service applies to the goods of any weight;
• Our hypermarket renders free delivery service within Batumi where we deliver the items purchased free of charge:
• If price of the goods is 700 GEL or more this service applies to the goods of any weight;

Besides Tbilisi and Batumi, delivery to any address

• Cost of delivery is calculated automatically, upon a product chosen is added to your basket and an address is indicated.
